Civil Judge Dr. Mumtaz Hanjara charged PTI MLA Sher Afzal Marwat in the case of illegal construction in a farmhouse.
Civil Judge Dr. Mumtaz Hanjara indicted PTI leader and MLA Sher Afzal Marwat in the illegal farmhouse construction case and sought witnesses and evidence from Director General RDA on September 26.
The Rawalpindi Development Authority registered a case against the PTI MLA for demolishing illegal constructions and encroachments in Naseerabad police station, on which the court indicted today.
Accused Member of Assembly Sher Afzal Marwat denied the health crime, the court has also summoned the director of RDA while refusing to accept the charge of RDA.
Sher Afzal Marwat said that this allegation is false and action was taken by putting a notice of old date. The farm is his personal property, no encroachments or illegal constructions have been done.
