PESHAWAR: On the order of the court, the Ministry of Interior has removed the name of former provincial minister Shaukat Yousafzai from the Exit Control List (ECL).
According to the details, following the order of the Peshawar High Court, the Ministry of Interior removed Shaukat Yousafzai’s name from the ECL.
It should be noted that the former provincial minister was prevented from going abroad after his name was included in the ECL, after which he challenged this move in the Peshawar High Court.
The Peshawar High Court had ordered the removal of the name of the former provincial minister from the ECL.
