Islamabad: Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has appealed to the nation to offer prayers for rain. He has said that the nation is requested to offer prayers for rain and ask Allah Almighty for special prayers for rain.
The Prime Minister specifically asked the scholars and great scholars to play their role in organizing prayers for rain, as rain will improve the environment and can be of great help in getting rid of diseases.
He said that special prayers should be offered before Allah Almighty so that human life can be saved from this suffering.
According to the news agency, Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif has congratulated Dr. Naveen Ram Ghulam from the bottom of his heart on his victory in the general elections of Mauritius and later on taking the oath of the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister said that he looked forward to working with the newly elected Prime Minister to further strengthen the friendly and cordial relations between Pakistan and Mauritius.
In addition, the Prime Minister called Federal Minister Riaz Hussain Pirzada to express his condolences on the death of his brother Sajjad Hussain Pirzada.
