Islamabad: The second phase of the investigation in the September 28 protest case has begun, a team of three Rawalpindi police officers reached Imran Khan’s cell, the cell was declared as New Town police station and handed over to the security police.
A team led by SP Rawalpindi Raja Haseeb, DSP Legal Raja Inayat and Inspector Rashid Kiani has reached Adiala Jail.
Today is the third day of Imran Khan’s physical remand, the cell of the founder PTI in Adiala Jail has been declared as New Town police station and security is also with Pindi police.
The investigation team has prepared more than 15 questions for the investigation of the founder PTI, the questions are in the context of the investigation of 23 accused who have already been arrested and judicially charged.
