The Islamabad High Court granted 7-day anticipatory bail to Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Sanam Javed in the terrorism case and restrained the police from arresting her.
Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the application, Sanam Javed appeared in the court along with her lawyer Ahad Khokhar. The court directed Sanam Javed to approach the concerned court within 7 days.
Sanam Javed had filed an application in the Islamabad High Court for protective bail in the terrorism case, in which it was said that the case is being dragged without justification, there is no named accused in the FIR, the petitioner is not accused of being illegal. It was a part of gathering together.
In the petition, it was requested that protective bail be granted in the case registered in Mianwali police station Musakhel so that the concerned court can be approached.
