Mumbai: Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has resumed shooting for his new film ‘Sikander’ despite a rib injury.
The film is directed by AR Murugadoss and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala while the cast of the film also includes Rashmika Mandana, Sathyaraj, and Prateek Babbar, who will join the shoot soon.
Scenes from Mumbai locations such as Dharvi and Matunga have been recreated on the sets of the film, at a cost of around Rs 15 crore.
The film’s 45-day shooting schedule is underway in Mumbai, where Salman Khan will be shooting action, emotional and dramatic scenes.
After Mumbai, the next phase of shooting will be at a palace in Hyderabad, which will begin in November while ‘Sikander’ is slated for an Eid 2025 release.
