Islamabad: The court of Judicial Magistrate Shabbir Bhatti sent Rauf Hassan and others to jail on judicial remand.
A case registered under the PICA Act against PTI spokesperson Rauf Hassan and others was heard in the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad. Rauf Hassan and others were produced in the court on completion of physical remand.
FIA Prosecutor Sheikh Aamir appeared before the court and requested a 5-day physical remand.
On the request of the PTI lawyer, the court allowed the medical check-up of Rauf Hassan.
The court rejected FIA’s request for 5-day physical remand and sent Rauf Hassan and others to jail on judicial remand.
