Islamabad:Federal Minister for National Food Security & Research, Rana Tanveer Hussain, attended the King Salman Relief Shelter event as the Chief Guest. He highlighted that Saudi Arabia has played a key role in Pakistan’s agricultural development, fostering modern farming techniques, irrigation systems, and food security measures.During the event, KS Relief distributed essential relief items and winter kits among deserving individuals, ensuring assistance reaches those in need. The Minister lauded KS Relief’s continuous efforts in tackling natural disasters, poverty, and food insecurity, calling their initiatives highly commendable.He further emphasized that Saudi investment in Pakistan’s agriculture sector has significantly boosted crop production and modernized farming practices. The collaboration between the two nations has strengthened food security and ensured sustainable development.KS Relief’s humanitarian initiatives extend beyond immediate relief efforts, contributing to healthcare, education, and economic stability in Pakistan.
