He was absent from social media for almost three months and now suddenly came back and shared a selfie of himself, in which he is seen standing in front of a mirror.
Ram looks quite fit in the pictures and his weight has significantly reduced. He wrote in the caption, ‘Hello friends, sorry for being away from Instagram, I was working hard on my body.’
The 51-year-old actor also shared a picture with his wife Gautami Kapoor and revealed that he has surprisingly lost 42 kg.

In 2019, he also made headlines by losing 30 kg in a short period of 7 months. At that time, he had said that he fasted for 16 hours a day and exercised for two hours in the morning and evening.
