A case has been filed against famous TikToker Rajab Butt for his protective bail in Lahore.
A case has been filed against TikToker in Karachi for desecrating prayers, however, Rajab has filed a protective bail in the Lahore High Court to avoid police arrest.
The petition has taken the position that there is a fear that Rajab Butt will be arrested upon entering Karachi, hence protective bail should be granted.
Rajab Butt appeared in the Lahore court along with his lawyers and took the position that he wants to appear in the relevant court in Karachi to pursue the case, but there is a fear that the police will arrest him before appearing in the court.
Lahore High Court Justice Farooq Haider, while hearing the protective bail, has granted a seven-day protective bail.
It should be remembered that a hearing was also held in the Multan court against TikToker for uploading videos of obscene and obscene acts.
