MUMBAI: South Indian superstar Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa 2: The Role has created a stir at the box office where the film did a business of 600 crores in two weeks in Hindi, but despite being a blockbuster, there are reports that the film has been removed from cinemas in North India.
Superstar Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa 2 has done a business of 600 crores in Hindi in just two weeks, while according to reports, there was a dispute between the film’s producers and the PVR INOX theatre chain and as a result, the film’s shows have been removed from theatres in North India.
Famous analyst Manubala Vijay Balan on the social networking website X reported as breaking news that “Pushpa 2 has been removed from all PVR INOX theatres in North India from yesterday”.
Manubala Vijay Balan gave another news a few hours later and said that the issue has been resolved and the shows of the film are being resumed.
He said that “Breaking: The contract issue between Pushpa 2 and PVR INOx has been resolved and the shows are slowly being resumed”.
According to the film’s production house, Mythri Movie Makers, this film of Allu Arjun has done a business of Rs 1500 crores worldwide and is breaking more records.
Apart from this, in another news, Allu Arjun has recently been arrested in the case of the death of a woman after a stampede in a crowd during an event at the Scindia Theater in Hyderabad.
According to the news, he was sent to 14-day judicial custody but was later released on 4-week interim bail.
