Lahore: The Punjab Local Government Amendment Bill 2025 is at the top of the agenda of today’s session of the Punjab Assembly, which will be presented for approval today.
According to the details, apart from the Punjab Local Government Bill, the agenda also includes seven other important bills.
These bills include the Punjab Infrastructure Development Cess Bill 2025, the Punjab Khal Panchayat Repeal Bill 2025, the Notaries Amendment Bill 2025, the Punjab Motor Vehicles Amendment Bill 2025 and the Punjab Forensic Science Authority Amendment Bill 2025.
The issue of women empowerment and law and order will also be discussed in today’s session.
All these bills will be discussed in the provincial assembly for approval and the amendments proposed by the relevant committees will be considered.
