Islamabad: The contempt of court petition for violation of court orders in the PTI protest has been set for hearing.
The High Court has set the contempt of court petition of the president of the traders’ organization for violating the court order in the PTI protest for hearing on January 16 after the winter vacations.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq will hear the petition of Asad Aziz. It should be noted that the Interior Secretary, Chief Commissioner and IG have submitted their responses to the court order.
The Registrar’s Office has issued a cause list to schedule the case for hearing on January 16.
