PTI filed a petition in Islamabad High Court to stop the protest in Islamabad on November 24.
Jinnah Super Trader Association President Asad Aziz filed a petition through Rizwan Abbasi Advocate, requesting that an order be issued to stop the illegal protest of PTI, there is a program to come to Islamabad for a protest under the patronage of the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the protest is giving the impression of a massacre in Islamabad.
He said that recently a law was also made regarding the Islamabad protest, such a protest without permission gives the impression of lawlessness in the country, the Interior Secretary, Chief Commissioner, IG should be ordered to stop the protest.
The Interior Secretary, Chief Commissioner Islamabad, IG Islamabad and PTI Chairman have been made parties in the petition.
It should be noted that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has given a call for a protest in Islamabad on November 24.
