Peshawar: The PTI lawyers wing approached the Peshawar High Court against the arrest of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur.
The lawyer of the Chief Minister, Alam Khan Adenzai Advocate, said that an application has been prepared for the recovery of the Chief Minister, if the High Court staff comes, they will file the application.
Advocate General Shah Faisal Atmanakhil said that the Registrar Peshawar High Court has been contacted, the Chief Justice has been requested to hear the application today, it is hoped that the Chief Justice will form a special bench today.
