ISLAMABAD: PTI lawyer and party leader Asad Qaiser has been granted pre-arrest bail in various cases.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the pre-arrest bail pleas filed against PTI lawyers Shoaib Shaheen and Ali Bukhari at Kohsar police station, in which the accused appeared in the court along with their lawyers.
Shoaib Shaheen’s lawyer argued in the court that the media was present, everything was in front, baseless allegations have been made in the case. Whenever there is a peaceful protest, a case is registered. Ali Bukhari’s lawyer said that he is being targeted for revenge due to the action of the Election Tribunal.
Later, after hearing the arguments, the court granted pre-arrest bail to PTI lawyers Shoaib Shaheen and Ali Bukhari in the case registered at Kohsar police station and ordered them to deposit a bond of Rs.
On the other hand, Sessions Judge Azam Khan heard PTI leader Asad Qaiser’s pre-arrest bail applications in 4 cases of Azadi March in District and Sessions Court Islamabad, in which Asad Qaiser along with lawyer Ayesha Khalid advocate and Qamar Inayat. Appeared in court.
After hearing the arguments, the court approved the pre-arrest bail application.
