KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has ordered the PTI to implement the court order within 3 weeks on the contempt of court plea against not allowing the rally at Bagh Jinnah.
In the High Court, a hearing was held on the contempt petition against not allowing the PTI to hold a rally in Bagh Jinnah. PTI leader Haleem Adil Shaikh, Deputy Commissioner, SSP South and others appeared in the court.
PTI’s lawyer, Barrister Ali Tahir, stated that the court had ordered to implement the court order within 10 days, but the matter has been stuck since November 9, while other parties have also held rallies there. The court ordered the concerned institutions to take a decision within 10 days.
The Deputy Commissioner and SSP submitted a report in the court stating that due to security reasons, the rally cannot be allowed.
The court ordered to implement the court order within 3 weeks.
