The Islamabad High Court ordered PTI founder Imran Khan to be provided with all the facilities as per the jail manual.
Islamabad High Court judge Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir heard the request of Noreen Niazi, sister of PTI founder, to provide better facilities to Imran Khan in jail.
During the hearing, lawyer Shoaib Shaheen took the position that the sons of the PTI founder are not even allowed to talk on the telephone, to which the Deputy Superintendent of Adiala Jail replied that the WhatsApp call facility is not in the jail manual.
On the reply of the Deputy Superintendent of Adiala Jail, Justice Arbab Tahir remarked that do not cause unnecessary trouble for yourself, whether it is a WhatsApp call or whatever, you should talk.
Justice Arbab Tahir ordered that founder PTI should be provided with the kind of facilities he is entitled to according to the prison manual, the court also directed Imran Khan to provide newspaper.
