BAKU: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reached Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, on a 2-day visit.
According to the official TV, federal ministers Ishaq Dar, Attarar and Tariq Fatemi are also with the prime minister.
The Prime Minister arrived in Baku directly from Saudi Arabia after the Arab-Islamic meeting. The Prime Minister will participate in the COP 29 conference on the environment.
UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres will be the host of the COP 29 conference.
The Prime Minister will inform Pakistan about the dangers of climate change, and give suggestions to reduce environmental pollution at the COP conference.
The Prime Minister will also host the Pakistan Pavilion’s Climate Finance Round Table Conference and participate in the Glacier Conservation Ceremony hosted by the Tajik President.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will also meet the world leaders who came to the conference, while Shehbaz Sharif will also attend the dinner for the world leaders.
