Peshawar: The High Court has ordered not to arrest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur till March 5.
The Peshawar High Court division bench comprising Justice Sahibzada Asadullah and Justice Salahuddin heard the protective bail case of KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur, in which Ali Amin Gandapur could not appear.
The court remarked that according to the law, the applicant must appear. We will give the next date but the applicant will have to appear himself for protective bail.
Later, the High Court accepted the exemption application of Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and extended the protective bail and ordered not to arrest him till March 5.
The court sought details of the cases against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur from other relevant institutions.
