PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court ordered Bushra Bibi not to be arrested in any case for 14 days while granting protective bail.
Justice Shakeel Ahmed and Justice Sahibzada Asadullah heard the case to detail the cases of Bushra Bibi.
Lawyer Bushra Bibi said that there are cases registered against Bushra Bibi in all four provinces, but the cases are not known, she should not be arrested by providing details.
Justice Shakeel Ahmad said that I think there will be no case in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, to which the lawyer said that yes, not in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, that’s why she came here.
Justice Sahibzada Asadullah said that if there is no case here, can we give a security bond? Lawyer Bushra Bibi said that law and constitution assures every citizen of security, Peshawar High Court has given security guarantee before.
The court sought the details of the cases from all institutions including NAB and FIA.
After the court order, Bushra Bibi decided to withdraw the bail application. According to Spokesman Bushra Bibi, there is no need to pass the security bond after the security bond has been obtained in all the cases.
Bushra Bibi left the High Court after being granted bail while the application for temporary bail was also withdrawn.
