Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Saif has said that PECA Act and 26th Amendment will be embraced by the rulers.
Barrister Saif said that PECA Act and 26th Amendment are an attempt to protect the rigging of the February 8 elections, and on February 8, voice will be raised against illegal tactics including PECA Act and 26th Amendment.
He said that on February 8, democracy was killed by using Form 47, the government is passing black laws from an incomplete parliament, the government is trying unsuccessfully to prolong its rule through black laws.
He said that February 8 is the day of commitment to free the country from the clutches of mandate thieves.
