ISLAMABAD: The government of Pakistan has issued a new advisory to its government officials on the relationship between Taiwan and North Korea.
The Cabinet Division Advisory has stated that Pakistani government officials should not have any official or unofficial relationship with Taiwan. According to the Cabinet Division Advisory, no official official should contact the Taiwan administration.
Pakistan has made this decision under the One China Policy, before contacting the Democratic Republic of Korea, the authorities must take permission from the Prime Minister’s Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The countries with which Pakistan is in tension must take prior permission from the Prime Minister and the Foreign Minister.
Spokesperson of Foreign Office Mumtaz Zahra Baloch says that every few years Pakistan repeats its official policy, Pakistan has no relation with Taiwan.
The spokesman has told us in the conversation with the investigation team that Pakistan considers Taiwan a province of China, the spokesman has told that this is a feature of Pakistan’s One China policy.
