PESHAWAR: Due to the possibility of heavy rain in the upper areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the Meteorological Department has expressed fears of landslides and floods.
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rains in most of the upper districts of the province. Light rain may also occur in Peshawar, southern districts and plains. Similarly, Chitral, Upper and Lower Dir, Shangla, Butgram, Swat, Kohistan, Tamergarh, Torghar, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Haripur, Bajaur, Buner, Nowshahr, Charsadda, Swabi, Peshawar, Landi Kotal, Mohmand, Khyber, Malakand, Kohat. And there is a possibility of light rains and some thundershowers in Hangu.
In the weather forecast, the Meteorological Department has expressed fears of landslides and floods due to heavy rains in the upper districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
On the other hand, the minimum temperature of Peshawar is 31 degrees Celsius while the maximum temperature is likely to go up to 31 degrees Celsius. The humidity ratio in the air of the city was recorded at 52%. During the last 24 hours, 21 mm rainfall was recorded in DI Khan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
