The probable schedule of the Test series between Pakistan and Bangladesh has come to light.
According to media reports, the Bangladesh cricket team will arrive in Pakistan on August 17, the first Test match of the series will be played on August 21, the second Test on August 30, and the final Test match on September 3.
The series between the two teams is part of the ICC World Test Championship 2023-2025.
Earlier, Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi confirmed in a media briefing in Lahore that Gaddafi Stadium will miss the hosting of matches of Pakistan-Bangladesh series due to the ongoing upgrade of Gaddafi Stadium.
The matches of the three-match series can be scheduled in Karachi, Multan and Rawalpindi.
It should be noted that since 2001, the teams of Pakistan and Bangladesh have faced each other 13 times in test matches on home ground, in which Pakistan is undefeated while one test match was a draw.
