London: The rare recording of legendary Pakistani qawwal and singer Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan will be released after 34 years.
The official account on Instagram has announced that the album is titled ‘Roshni Ki Zanjeer’ and will be released on September 20.
The recording was recorded in April 1990 with his full team and includes four qawwalis, one of which has never been heard.
Recordings of the legendary Qawwal buried in the warehouse of ‘Real World Studios’ were discovered when the 2021 studio was shifted.
