The District and Sessions Courts Islamabad approved the post-arrest bail applications of 3 Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) workers in the November 26 protest case.
The hearing on the post-arrest bail of the 2 accused was held by Civil Judge Sohaib Bilal Ranjha. The court granted bail to accused Faheem Ashraf and Faqir Khan on sureties of Rs 20,000. A case has been registered against the accused in Kohsar police station.
The bail of accused Atif Hussain was granted by Civil Judge Mureed Abbas. The court granted bail to accused Rs 30,000. A case has been registered against the accused in Sumbal police station. Sardar Muhammad Shusheef Khan Advocate, Amna Ali Advocate appeared in the court on behalf of the accused.
