Islamabad: PTI has approached court for action against PM and others in the context of November 24 protest.
In the context of November 24 protest, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has approached court for action against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and others. In this regard, a criminal complaint has been filed in Islamabad District Court through Barrister Gauhar.
The petition has sought action against Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Defense Minister Khawaja Asif, Information Minister Atta Tarar. Similarly, action has been sought against IG, SSP, DIG and others.
Sardar Latif Khosa has also attached a list of 38 injured PTI workers in the complaint filed through Barrister Gauhar. In addition, a list of 139 missing PTI workers has also been attached.
The prosecution has requested that the criminal complaint be accepted and other parties including the Prime Minister be summoned. Two ministers and two members of the provincial assembly of PTI Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have also been included as witnesses. The complaint has requested that non-bailable warrants be issued for the parties and they be summoned and punished according to the law.
