Islamabad: The court issued notices to the parties on the petition to de-seal the PTI Secretariat.
The High Court issued notices to the parties on the petition filed with the Central Secretariat of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf for de-sale and sought their response. Justice Tamman Rifat Imtiaz, while hearing the case, issued notices to the Metropolitan Corporation and others.
During the hearing, lawyer Ghulam Murtaza appeared before the court on behalf of PTI. He said that the PTI Central Secretariat has been sealed by the Metropolitan Corporation. Neither notice nor any other information was received. Just came and sealed the office. The office was sealed for lack of fire and safety arrangements.
Later, the court issued notices to the parties and adjourned the hearing till next week.
