The District and Sessions Courts Islamabad issued notices on the application to register a case against Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and others.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka of Islamabad heard the application. An application has been filed by citizen Gul Khan to register a case against Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz, Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and others. Gul Khan’s son was allegedly killed in firing during a protest on November 26. Earlier, Gul Khan’s 22A application was dismissed for non-compliance.
The court issued notices on the application and adjourned the hearing. The next hearing of the case will be on March 5.
