The new international airport in Gwadar has been officially inaugurated, the first flight of the national airline landed at the airport, the plane was given a water cannon salute.
The New Gwadar Airport has been inaugurated, the first flight of the national airline PK 503 from Karachi arrived in Gwadar with a delay of about 45 minutes.
Federal Minister for Aviation Khawaja Asif welcomed the first flight to land at the airport, the first flight to arrive at the New Gwadar International Airport was given a water cannon salute.
Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti, Balochistan Governor Jafar Mandokhel, Chief Secretary Shakeel Qadir Khan, Secretary Aviation Division Ahsan Ali Mangi, DG PAA Air Vice Marshal Zeeshan Saeed, DG Airports Security Force Major General Adnan Asif Jah Shad and DG Civil Aviation Authority Nadir Shafi Dar were also present on the occasion.
It should be noted that the new airport was inaugurated by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and his Chinese counterpart during Chinese Premier Li Keqiang’s visit to Pakistan in October.
