Islamabad: Government Negotiations Committee Spokesperson Irfan Siddiqui has said that the negotiations have been unilaterally terminated, who should we talk to now?
It should be remembered that yesterday, the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and former Prime Minister had announced the termination of the ongoing negotiations with the government. In this regard, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar while talking to the media outside Adiala Jail said that today I and other lawyers have met with PTI founder Imran Khan. Khan Sahib had given the government 7 days time earlier as well. The PTI founder has said that if the government does not announce the commission today, then our negotiations are over.
While talking to the media representatives today, Government Negotiations Committee Spokesperson Irfan Siddiqui has said that we have not ended the negotiations. When it has ended on one side, who should we talk to? We should sit in that room and talk to the walls.
Yesterday, Irfan Siddiqui had also suggested that PTI reconsider and not abandon the talks. He had said that PTI has refused to hold talks, and today he regretted Barrister Gohar’s statement, telling PTI members to wait for a few days, PTI is in a hurry to come and go.
