Navjot Singh Sidhu’s reason for quitting the famous Indian comedy show ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show’ has come to light.
According to Indian media, Sidhu, who was previously a part of Kapil Sharma’s famous comedy show, will be seen again in this Netflix show after a gap of five years.
The highlights of his special episode have come out, on which fans appeared happy about his return to the program. Recently, in an interview, Sidhu was asked the reason for quitting the show.
To this question, Sidhu replied diplomatically, saying, ‘There were political reasons which I do not want to talk about. There were some other reasons as well.’
It should be remembered that at the time of quitting his show, there was speculation that the channel had kicked him out of the show after his statements on the Pulwama attack.
Praising Kapil Sharma, Sidhu said, “The Kapil Sharma Show was a bouquet that God created. Its fragrance was different and no one can change it. Kapil is a genius, whom I always supported even in difficult times.”
Sidhu expressed his desire to see all the characters of the show together once again, he said, “I wish that bouquet is reunited, Dadi (Ali Asghar) and Guthi (Sunil Grover) and everyone comes back.”
It should be noted that this special episode of The Kapil Sharma Show, which will also feature Sidhu’s wife Navjot Kaur, former cricketer Harbhajan Singh and his wife Geeta Basra, will be aired on the streaming platform Netflix on November 16, the highlights of which are going viral.
