Islamabad: Former Foreign Office spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch has been appointed Pakistan’s Ambassador to France.
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar said during a media briefing in the federal capital that Mumtaz Zahra Baloch has been appointed Pakistan’s Ambassador to France.
On the other hand, a notification has also been issued for the appointment of Mumtaz Zahra Baloch.
It should be noted that senior diplomat Shafqat Ali Khan has been appointed the new Foreign Office spokesperson, a notification was issued in this regard yesterday. According to reports, Shafqat Ali Khan was appointed Additional Foreign Secretary for Europe. Earlier, he was posted as Pakistan’s Ambassador to Russia and has also worked as Pakistani Ambassador to Poland.
