Lahore: Mobile service will be partially suspended in 10 districts of Punjab on Chehlum Imam Hussain (AS).
Spokesperson of Punjab Home Department Mobile service will be suspended from 5 am to 11 pm at the places of Majlis in 10 districts.
The districts where mobile service will remain suspended include Rawalpindi, Jhang, Leh, Sargodha, Bhakkar, Mianwali, Gujarat, Gujranullah, Chakwal, and Toba Tek Singh.
Mobile phone service will be restored in all other districts of Punjab including Lahore.
It should be noted that it has been decided to suspend mobile service at certain places to maintain law and order and protect citizens. The Punjab Home Department has written a letter to the federal government on the request of the police.
