Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Dr. Babar Awan has said that the military court trial of ordinary Pakistani citizens has caused Pakistan problems all over the world, there is a risk of being put on the FATF again, the US, UK and the European Union have condemned it.

Talking to the media outside the Anti-Terrorism Court, he said that cases of audio leaks and video leaks are being made in Pakistan, this audio and video leak reached the Chief Justice’s house, the same case cannot be tried twice. The same witness is being dragged everywhere, the accused of the Mianwali tragedy of May 9 have been acquitted.

He said that Omar Ayub’s audio has been summoned in the GHQ case, footage has been sought in the GHQ attack case, an application has been filed, if the footage and video are not found, they will go to the Supreme Court.

He said that it is not known in Pakistan who made the video, the prosecution says that we have Omar Ayub’s audio, we have asked that the name of the person who recorded the audio and tapped the phone should be told, his name and position should also be told, we have also requested CCTV footage from the court, they say that the CCTV footage has been destroyed, if there is no footage, how were 25 people punished?

Babar Awan said that a meeting was held in Islamabad yesterday, but negotiations did not take place, the dates of the negotiations are being given as if a civil case had started.

He said that an inquiry should be conducted into the D-Chowk massacre, a production order should be issued for Senator Ijaz Chaudhry, those who announce that justice will be given at the doorsteps of their homes immediately run away after retirement.

He said that Pakistan has become a victim of problems all over the world due to the military court trial, there is a risk of Pakistan going back to FATF, the US, UK and the European Union have condemned it.

Babar Awan said that the military trial decision went against Pakistan, the military trial should be ended immediately, all those arrested should be released immediately.

He said that the military trial is facing criticism all over the world, after the military trial, America and Britain are also speaking, the military trial decision should be withdrawn, Imran Khan will not be harmed nor will he leave the country.

He said that stability in Pakistan will come in only one way, that is, justice, they are shameless who say, take out the bodies and show them, the bodies of brave soldiers have reached their homes. Today, the innocent have been punished, on which the whole world is speaking.
