Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court summoned the JIT chief during the hearing of the cases related to May 9.
The hearing on the applications for interim bail in the May 9 cases was held in the Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore, in which former Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry, Azam Swati and other accused arrived in the court.
During the hearing, Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Arshad Javed remarked that we will hear the interim bail of all the accused together. If GIT has been created in these cases, why is its head not presented?
Fawad Chaudhry told the court that there is no charge of May 9 against me. I have nothing to do with the alleged conspiracy meeting of May 7. I had tweeted in May that it is not good for the country if the court decisions are not implemented.
