Former Interior Minister and Awami Muslim League chief Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed has said that Jamiat Ulema Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman has won the first round.
In one of his statements, he declared Maulana Fazlur Rehman as the winner of the first phase of the constitutional amendment draft. He said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman has shown everyone the way home.
Sheikh Rasheed said that no one has a copy of the constitutional draft, whenever democracy was killed in the night, it was not killed in daylight. It is hoped that by September 30, the ups and downs of democracy politics will become decisive.
He said that the late Mufti Mahmood had also defeated Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, those who respect the vote have turned the vote into a basket case.
The former federal minister further said that the Friday market for votes has been made, how will they take 25 crore people into confidence.
