Islamabad: The court upheld the arrest warrant of KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the liquor and arms recovery case.
Judicial Magistrate Mubashir Hassan Chishti heard the liquor and arms recovery case against Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in the District and Sessions Court, Islamabad.
During the hearing, the police report regarding the arrest warrant could not be submitted to the court even today. In addition, Ali Amin Gandapur and his lawyer did not appear in the court.
Later, the court upheld the arrest warrant of Ali Amin Gandapur and adjourned the next hearing of the case until April 7.
It should be noted that a case has been registered against Ali Amin Gandapur in Bhara Kahu police station.
