Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government’s information advisor Barrister Saif has said that Kurram district will be cleared of weapons and bunkers will be demolished, lasting peace will be ensured in the region.
In a statement, he said that in light of the decision of the Apex Committee meeting held yesterday, Kurram will be cleared of weapons, and the demolition of bunkers will also be ensured so that there is lasting peace in the region.
Barrister Dr. Saif said that the government is well aware of the public problems due to the closure of roads, normal life will be restored after the peace agreement, and the roads will be completely opened after the complete demolition of bunkers and the surrender of weapons.
The provincial information advisor said that the government wants lasting and lasting peace in Kurram, some elements are enemies of lasting peace in Kurram and are spreading baseless propaganda on social media.
He said that the public is requested not to listen to social media propaganda, as some elements are misrepresenting the sincere efforts of the provincial government.
