The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to take legal action against the sealing of KP House in Islamabad.
A petition will be filed in the High Court against the decision of the CDA, according to which KP House falls under the purview of the province and not of the CDA. .
Advocate General Shah Faisal Atmanzai while talking to the media said that KP House is approaching the Peshawar High Court against being sealed, KP House cannot be sealed under the guise of illegal constructions.
He said that he will request the court to open KP House, the map of KP House was approved by Peshawar in 1975.
