Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court has declared Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender.
The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad heard a case related to the protest against the disqualification of PTI founder Imran Khan. The court declared Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and Umar Tanveer Butt as proclaimed offenders.
The court also initiated proceedings to declare PTI leader Amir Kayani as proclaimed offenders. While a petition was filed by Faisal Javed to abolish the terrorism provisions.
The Anti-Terrorism Court issued arrest warrants for the absent accused and adjourned the hearing of the case till January 15, seeking arguments on the petitions.
It should be noted that a case was registered against the accused in Police Station I-9 in 2022.
