The swearing-in ceremony of the nominated Chief Justice Yahya Faridi will be held today at 11 am in the President’s House. President Asif Ali Zardari will administer the oath to the nominated Chief Justice.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and service chiefs will participate in the swearing-in ceremony of the nominated Chief Justice, invitations have also been issued to members of parliament, while federal ministers will also be present in the ceremony.
Strict security arrangements have been made on the occasion of the swearing-in ceremony. It should be noted that President Asif Ali Zardari approved the appointment of Justice Yahya Faridi as the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
The President of Pakistan has appointed Justice Yahya Afridi for 3 years from October 26.
