Justice Sarfaraz Dogar’s reply was a vote of thanks and 3 cases were heard, except for the law officers and government lawyers, no lawyer appeared.
On the other hand, the lawyers’ strike is ongoing on the call of the Islamabad High Court Bar on the issue of the transfer of three judges to the Islamabad High Court, the President of the High Court Bar, Riyat Azad, is preventing the lawyers from appearing in court.
The President of the Islamabad High Court Bar, Riyat Ali Azad, said that the lawyers will not appear today, it is a strike.
Meanwhile, a heavy police force has been deployed in the district courts on the occasion of the lawyers’ strike and convention in the Islamabad District Bar.
