The Peshawar High Court has apologized for the nomination of judges for the judicial inquiry into the May 9 incidents by the provincial government.
In the reply letter written by the Registrar Peshawar High Court to the Advocate General KP, it has been stated that the present form of the application is in violation of KP Government Rules of Business 1985 due to which the application cannot be entertained.
It may be recalled that Advocate General KP had written a letter to the Registrar Peshawar High Court regarding the Judicial Commission to investigate the May 9 incidents, requesting the appointment of judicial officers.
