LAHORE: The Anti-Terrorism Court Lahore has extended the interim bails of the sisters of PTI founder and Omar Ayub and others in the Jinnah House siege case.
Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Khalid Arshad heard the interim bail application. Omar Ayub, Musrat Cheema, Jamished Cheema, Zain Qureshi and others appeared and completed the attendance. The court extended the interim bail till August 6.
The court gave the last chance to the police to complete the investigation and said that the police should complete and submit whatever investigation they have at the next hearing. The police submitted the incomplete record of the case to the court. The police inspector pleaded that the accused could not be investigated due to the law and order situation. The court should grant time to complete the investigation.
The ATC judge inquired how much time you need. Law and order situation was 2 days ago. Interim bails are running for 13 months how much time do you need to which the police inspector replied that from 1st of Muharram to 10th of Muharram there is duty of law and order. The court ordered that the accused who were not included in the investigation should be included in the investigation.
