Occupied Jerusalem: Israel has moved thousands of its soldiers from Gaza to the border of Lebanon.
The Israeli army has announced that it is moving about 10,000 to 20,000 of its troops from the Gaza Strip to the northern border with Lebanon following an escalation of tensions with Hezbollah.
The paratroopers and commandos along with the troops attached to the 98th Division will now join the 36th Division under the Northern Command.
The Israeli army says the brigade was originally supposed to continue fighting in Gaza but was moved there due to tensions with Lebanon.
It should be noted that after the wave of pager explosions in Lebanon during the last two days, fears of a full-scale war between Israel and Hezbollah have increased.
