Tehran: The funeral prayer of the martyred head of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, will be held tomorrow morning in Tehran and later the body will be sent to Doha.
According to Arab media, the head of the political wing of Hamas, Ismail Haniyeh, will be brought to Qatar’s capital Doha after the funeral prayer in Tehran tomorrow morning, and the funeral prayer will be performed again on Friday and he will be buried.
It should be noted that in many countries, including Pakistan, Ismail Hania’s funeral prayers were performed in absentia today, while several religious and political parties have announced to perform absentee funeral prayers at different places tomorrow.
It should be remembered that Ismail Haniyeh, after participating in the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected president of Iran, arrived at the guest house in Tehran for a night stay, where he was attacked by a missile.
Hamas and Iran blamed Israel for the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh, but Israel has neither denied nor confirmed it.
Iran, Turkey, Qatar, Russia and China strongly condemned the killing of Ismail Haniyeh, saying it will further increase tension and instability in the Middle East.
