ISLAMABAD: The judges roster of the High Court for next week has been released, according to which only 2 judges will be available during this time.
According to the judges roster, 2 judges will be available from 12th to 16th August. Two single and one division bench have been constituted to hear the cases next week. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Babar Sattar will be available to hear the cases.
Chief Justice Amir Farooq and other judges will be on vacation. A special division bench and a larger bench will also be available next week in view of the need. On the instructions of the Chief Justice, the additional registrar issued the duty roster of judges.
It should be noted that summer vacation in Islamabad High Court is from July 10 to September 10.
