The Islamabad High Court has reserved judgment on the protective bail application of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader and former senator Azam Swati in two cases.
Islamabad High Court Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz heard the case.
Ali Bukhari Advocate said that we have filed protective bail applications in one Attock and one Hassan Abdal case.
Later, the court reserved judgment on Azam Swati’s bail plea.
It should be noted that yesterday the Islamabad High Court had granted Azam Swati’s request in 12 cases, including vandalism and arson, and annulled physical remand.
A day earlier, the Islamabad High Court Justice had remarked during the hearing on PTI leader Azam Swati’s petition against physical remand that we have seen the achievements of Judge Abul Hasnat in the cipher trial.
